All bespoke (custom-made) garments created by Zunrylexxod are made to your specific measurements and preferences. Due to the personalized nature of these items, all sales of bespoke garments are final. We work closely with you throughout the consultation and fitting process to ensure your complete satisfaction before final delivery.
We stand behind our craftsmanship and are committed to ensuring your garment fits perfectly. If adjustments are needed after delivery, we offer complimentary alterations within 30 days of delivery. Minor adjustments for fit issues that may arise after initial delivery will be addressed at no additional charge, subject to our assessment. Please contact us promptly if you require any alterations.
In the rare event that a garment has a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, we will repair or remake the garment at no cost to you. Defects must be reported within 90 days of delivery. We will inspect the garment and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, alteration, or remaking the garment, depending on the nature of the defect.
We carefully select all fabrics and materials from reputable suppliers. If you discover a material defect (such as fabric flaws or issues not visible during selection), please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include remaking the garment with replacement fabric at no additional cost, subject to fabric availability.
If you need to cancel an order before production begins, you may do so within 48 hours of order confirmation. A cancellation fee may apply if fabric has already been ordered or cut. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, but we will work with you to modify the order if possible. Deposits for cancelled orders (before production) may be refunded minus any costs incurred for materials or services already provided.
Refunds are available only in the following circumstances: order cancellation within 48 hours of confirmation (before production begins), cancellation fees and material costs will be deducted, defective workmanship that cannot be repaired or remade to satisfaction, and material defects that cannot be resolved through replacement. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
For alteration services performed on existing garments (not bespoke items created by us), all sales are final once the alteration is completed and accepted. If you are not satisfied with an alteration, please contact us within 7 days of completion, and we will review the work and make necessary adjustments at no additional charge.

We will review your request and may ask you to bring the garment to our atelier for inspection. Please do not attempt to return items without first contacting us and receiving authorization.
Fit adjustments must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Defective workmanship claims must be reported within 90 days of delivery. Material defect claims must be reported within 60 days of delivery. Late claims may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
This policy does not cover: normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents, changes in personal preference or style after delivery, garments that have been significantly altered by a third party, and items that have been worn extensively or show signs of regular use beyond initial fitting.
For bespoke garments created by Zunrylexxod, we offer lifetime alteration services for fit adjustments due to body changes. This service is available for the original owner and covers reasonable alterations. Significant alterations or complete remakes may incur additional charges, which will be discussed before work begins.
